We do not share any of your data with third parties. Your selected text is only sent to the search engines you choose to use when you explicitly perform a search action.

When you perform a search using our extension:

  • Your selected text is sent directly to the search engine(s) you choose

  • You can enable or disable synchronization in the extension options
  • You can export your settings to a local file and import them on another device
  • You can reset all preferences to default values through the options page
  • You can uninstall the extension at any time to remove all stored data

Chrome Permissions

Our extension requires the following permissions:

  • contextMenus: To add search options to the right-click context menu
  • storage: To save your preferences and settings
  • tabs: To open search results in new tabs according to your preferences

These permissions are only used for the functionality described in this policy and the extension’s description.
